Peter Lovig Nielsen Teak Boomerang Desk Back Bar & Shelf

Categories: ,

This spectacular Danish Modern teak paisley or boomerang shaped desk was designed by Peter Lovig Nielsen for Dansk in the 1960s. In stellar condition and with lovely grain, it features flared top edges on the left and back, 3 drawers with wood frame construction and dovetail joints – each with a carved elongated pull. The Afromesia sword blade sleigh legs give it an airiness – braced by brass and carved wood diagonal braces. Finally, the back has an open display shelf and a locking bar with a diagonal shelf for glasses top and bottom, leaving room in front for tall bottles, allowing you to face the room and not the wall. The skeleton key is included and also locks the top drawer. What a beauty! Branded beneath with the makers’ mark. Dimensions: 59.25″W x 34.25″D x 29″H.
