Magic Puzzle Cube Nesting Tables – set of 6 – by Poul Norreklit for GP Farum

Stunning design by Poul Nørreklit for Danish furniture manufacturer Georg Petersens Møbelfabrik these are the most amazing nesting tables one could ever imagine. Nicknamed The Magic Puzzle Cube they are a breathtaking display of esthetics and craftsmanship, of form and function. This being the rare rosewood version makes it even more of a find, the teak version is the one commonly found for sale. It is in wonderful condition with only minor ware. Designed in the 1960s, the tight rosewood cube is actually made up of 6 different tables, all with chrome legs. The top table has a finger hole that allows you to depress the button to free it from the cube, so that you may extract the other tables and distribute them around to your guests as needed. To reassemble the cube, first lie the bottom table upside down (it is the one with 1 dot, 2 dots, 3 dots and 4 dots on each of its sides.) First line up the one dot table with the one dot on the base table, and slide it into place. Do the same for tables 2 through 4, and finally, place the top table with the finger hole with the legs sliding within all the others, to lock the entire cube back into place. An amazing vision and design!

Dimensions of cube: 16.5″W x 16.5″D x 16.5″H.
