Iconic Walnut Bentply Pretzel Chair by Norman Cherner in Bold Green

This totally iconic American Mid-Century beauty is known as the Pretzel Chair and was designed by Norman Cherner in the 50s for the Cherner Chair Company, later known as Plycraft. Featuring a sleek bentply chair seat that thins at the center – often attributed to the waist of a wasp. The bentply ovoid armrests are continuous and connect to the backrest in the rear, and the tapering legs thin at the ends, completing the look. Restored top to bottom with new quality foam and a super fun bright apple green Melton felted wool. As comfortable as it is gorgeous – the perfect pop of color for any room! Dimensions: 25″W x 23″D x 19″H(seat)/30.75″H(top).
