Exquisite Arne Vodder for Sibast Tambour Door Sideboard w/ Drawers & Finished Back

This exquisite early Arne Vodder teak sideboard was an early design for Sibast from the 1950s.  Impeccably made, the two tambour doors slide well and hide inside the cabinet and note the sculptural elongated door pulls.  I love the off center bank of drawers with curved cut-away elongated drawer pulls.  The drawers are wood frame construction with dovetail joints.  Above the top drawer is a pull out with a black vinyl wrap to use to mix drinks without worrying about liquids on the wood.  Behind the two tambour doors are 4 adjustable shelves with angled front edges.  Finally, this beauty has a completely finished back so it can serve as a room divider if desired. Note the original conical legs are 6 in number and braced to each other, to add the structural strength for such a long piece.  The original foil Sibast makers label is inside one of the drawers.  In stellar restored condition.  Dimensions:  98.25″W x 19.5″D x 33″H.
