Pair Teak Ole Wanscher FD-120 Restored Rocking Chairs in Turquoise Wool

This rare sculptural pair of teak rocking chairs were designed by Ole Wanscher, model FD-120, and made by France & Son in the 1960s, as part of the Senator Series. Featuring sexy flared armrests, contouring at the front edge around the seat cushions, and an open back design These beauties take a much smaller footprint than typical rockers. Completely restored and reupholstered with quality foam, a top stitch detail and zippers on the turquoise Melton felted wool cushions, these also have new Pirelli rubber strapping and new seat decks as well. Both retain the original makers medallion. Please note that these were restored by us 2 years ago and are being resold as the client has moved and no longer has room for them. There is some sun fading on the cushions which doesn’t appear in the photos and they have been priced accordingly. Dimensions: 26.25″W x 30″D x 17″H(seat)/31″H(top).
